This is a subtle way the composer has to make clear the dedication of this work to the Bulgarian violin player Vera Paskaleva. It is structured in three movements, the Sonata is an example of virtuosity, strength, expressive contrasts and articulations, all of them held by the freedom in the treatment of the way that Morales Caso carries out his compositions. The central movement, "Painful Moan", is a transition of contrasting expression with passages parlato, rubato and some others full of energy interpreted with braveness and placed between two movements - the first one "Impromptu con intensita" and the third one "Finale".
